  3. To register Take Note, send $15 (California residents add $1.24 tax) to the following address.

  11. A Registration Form is included with this document for your convenience.

  13. You will be sent a password that will indicate to Take Note that you are a registered user, and it will then bypass the startup screen.

  15. The About Box and the Shareware Delay
  16. In accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Shareware Professionals, the shareware version of Take Note presents you with a Registration Reminder screen twice each time it is run, once at startup and once at shutdown. The shutdown reminder screen is accompanied by a 3-second delay. After you register, these reminder screens will not appear, and there will be no 3-second shareware delay.
